Clare is branching out into the magical realms of the theatre!
Having spent the last few months working as project manager on the Barbican Theatre's Summer Production, Clare is now exploring ways of setting her more Artistic side free to explore the many opportunities the world of theatre has to offer and is currently seeking professional development opportunites in creative learning and artisitic direction, building on existing knowledge and experience of choreography and stage performance.
The [Freshers] Collective 2009/10!
Sam Wells is joining forces with Clare this term to launch their collaborative dissertation; 'Something Collective' - A Pilot Project that brings together students from competing universities for the first time. The project is already ruffling some serious feathers and is set to become the academic foundations underpinning a new initiative for our Creative Facilitation and Community Development team, who are hoping to work with local theatres, schools and the Police using the arts to help address some of the social issues facing our communities.

The new Lightworks show is in the second phase of practical research now, with exploration of the themes and narrative structure in the very safe hands of our friends from Marjons and The Barbican...Watch this space for news!
