27 year old Creative Director Clare McCarthy is an evidently creative individual with a passion for developing good practice across the range of products and services offered here at WTCS.
Currently initiating a highly ambitious dissertation proposal that revolves around applied drama for conflict transformation, and retaining control of the creativity that continues to stream out of her existing business, Clare is a confident and experienced project manager across industries, with capabilities to effectively organise and deliver on any endeavour she chooses to take on.
With happy clients from as far a feild as America and an extreme sports PR Campaign that has seen her 'morphing platorm' artwork and community documentaries on International Television, Clare has always been one to actively pursue new and innovative arena's through which we can explore and create;
possessing a 'potentially scary' level of experience for a professional her age, and with a diverse and colourful portfolio of experiences from event management to youth and community work under her belt, any project she becomes a part of is, by default, going to be heading in the right direction from the word go.
"I am currently focusing on my final year of study, through which I aim to continue striving for my own professional development in new fields that interest me, as well as offering support and opportunities for my peers to work on projects through WTCS to gain any experience that I can offer them in the area's where I already have expertise or access to facilities they may not have...I have a passion for working creatively, and an even bigger passion for developing collaborative working with communities, young people and professionals from all area's.
